2 / Our Findings Report
After the initial consultation, our team at DroneMate will conduct a thorough analysis of your organisation's requirements and desired outcomes. DroneMate will outline the custom tools and processes it can develop and implement to achieve your goals and compile them in a comprehensive report of options that are tailored to your business. Our report will cover all aspects of the drone operation, including gear recommendations, costings, data acquisition techniques, training and certification requirements, and examples of analytics and reports. Most reports will have one of two options. DroneMate provides training for your workforce to carry out particular program tasks, such as operating the drone, while leaving other aspects of the operation, such as regulatory compliance or data analysis, to our team. Implementation of your drone program is a multi step process that can be as short as days or up to month depending on your requirements. After committing to a program and working through staff availability for training a detailed timeline will be provided for each step giving you a clear understanding of when your program will be up and running. Parts of these processes can be completed in tandem such as pilot certification along with flight and data collection training. Other aspects of the process are completed predominantly by us, requiring very little direct involvement from your organization. These tasks can include implementing custom tools for data processing and analysis or creating and filing your companies 102 certification if required.
